4-6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper
1 can evaporated milk (or half and half)
1 can chicken broth
cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, onion and salt and pepper in pot. Cover with water. Boil until tender. Blend or mash.

Add milk, chicken broth and cayenne pepper.

Simmer 15 minutes
