3 cups sugar
3/4 cup caro syrup
3 egg whites
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups nuts
1 1/2 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Bring to boil and cook until it forms a soft ball (235) Turn on egg whites to beat until they form a peak. Add cream of tartar. Continue to boil syrup until it forms a hard ball (260). Pour 2/3 syrup slowly into egg whites, beating slowly with mixer. Place syrup on heat and boil to 280. Pour balance into mixture. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add nuts. Drop on wax paper.
