1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 stick melted butter
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 container cool whip

First layer:
Mix flour, nuts and butter and pour into 9x13 dish. Press firmly to bottom. Bake 20 mintues at 350. Cool.

Second layer:
Whip cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread over baked cool crust.

Third layer:
Mix puddings according to directions on package. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

Fourth layer:
1 container cool whip spread evenly over pudding.

Chill 2 hours
