Lg. skillet of cornbread
20 slices white bread
12 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 eggs,slightly beaten
1 stick margarine
2 cups celery, chopped
4 lg. onions, chopped
3 tbsp (heaping) sausage seasoning or sage
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to taste
2 qts. chicken broth

Mix all ingredients (with your hands). Pour into a greased casserole. Bake 350 for 45min or until lightly brown.
