1 -9" pastry shell, unbaked
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 cup crab meat
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter and green onion and set aside. In a medium bowl
whisk eggs and add heavy cream. Combine remaining
ingredients and place in prepared pie shell. Bake in 350 oven
for 40-50 minutes or until filling is set. Let rest for 10 minutes
before cutting.
