1 C uncooked macaroni 2 T flour 1/4 C chopped onion (I add more) 1/2 t salt dash tabasco 1 C milk 3/4 C water 2 T butter 1 C grated cheddar cheese
Combine macaroni, flour, onion, salt and tabasco in a 2 quart casserole. Stir in milk and water, add butter. Cook, Covered, 3 min on high - Stir, cook covered on defrost 12 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese, let stand covered 5 min.
