2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. baking powder 2/3 c. peanut butter ½ c. sugar 1 c. milk
Sift together dry ingredients. Blend peanut butter and milk; add to dry ingredients. Pour batter into loaf pan that has been greased or lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Use for sandwiches of cream cheese and tart jelly, such as grape or currant.
