1 fryer, cut up
Corn flakes, crushed
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Put about 1 cup buttermilk in flat bowl. Roll chicken in buttermilk and then roll in crushed corn flakes. Place in oiled pan with skin side up. Bake 1 hours at 350 or until tender and brown. Do not cover in oven.
