1 15 oz box raisin bran cereal 3 cups sugar 5 cups flour 5 tsp. soda 2 tsp. Salt 1 cup melted shortening 1 qt. Buttermilk 4 eggs
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Drop batter into muffin tins (1/2 full) Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Bake only the amount you want at a time. This batter will keep in an air-tight container for 2-4 weeks in the refrigerator.
