1 large box Jello gelatin, any flavor
2 cups boiling water
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool for about 15 minutes. Add the softened ice cream and mix until smooth. At this time you can fruit if you like. Pour the mixture into a suitable dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The ice cream will make a layer on top of the jello. Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.
