Ingredients:
2 pkgs. Cherry Jello
1 lb. cranberries (washed)
2 oranges (leave peelings on 1)
3 apples (cored)
1 cup chopped nuts
1 flat can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jello in just enough hot water to dissolve (about 1/2 cup). Grind all fruits and mix together. Add to Jello: fruit, nuts, sugar and lemon juice. Store in refrigerator. Keeps well 3 to 4 weeks.

For people who don't like the usual cranberry sauce with the holidays, this is usually a big hit. After the holidays, it's good with a pot of red beans, Mexican food, and most meats.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My mother-in-love made this every Christmas until she was no longer able to. My family ask for this particular dish every year.
