2 large spicy kosher or dill pickles
1 medium onion
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon dry dill

Directions:

Chop pickles and onion. Add mayonaise and dill. Stir and serve. Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. That's it. Goes GREAT with fried fish.
