3 cup all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in cream and butter. Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead 10 times. Cover with damp towel and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll to 3/4-in. thickness; cut with a 2-1/4-in. round biscuit cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.

Depending on humidity, you may need to add more cream if dough is too dry. Add 1 tablespoon cream at a time.
