1 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz) cans no-salt black beans, undrained
1 cup medium or hot chunky salsa
2 (8 oz) cans no-salt tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili seasoning mix
low fat sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in large saucepan until crumbly. Drain and mash 1 can of beans. Add mashed and undrained beans, salsa, tomatoe sauce and seasoning mix to saucepan. Stir well.
Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until throughly heated.
Spoon into serving bowls and top with sour cream and cheese.
Add tortilla chips and salad
