1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 (30 oz) can fruit cocktail
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift four with sugar, soda and salt. Beat eggs in mixing bowl until thick and lemon colored. Add undrained fruit. Stir in dry ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch square pan. Combine nuts and brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or vanilla yogurt.

Serves 6-8
