1 TBSP. Butter
1 Medium Onion Chopped
3 Cups Chopped Chicken Breast
1 Can Cream of Chicken
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Jalapeno Chopped (optional)
½ Cup Toasted Almonds
½ Tsp. Dried Oregano
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
10 Flour Tortillas

Topping
1 Can Cream of Chicken
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
¾ Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350. Cook Chicken in Olive Oil. Sauté Onions in butter & add jalapenos. In a large bowl, mix chicken, onions, & remaining ingredients. Pour ½ Cup of Mix in each tortilla & roll up placing seam down in a greased casserole dish. Mix 3 topping ingredients in small bowl & pour topping over stuffed tortillas. Bake 35 minutes.
