1 head lettuce, cut for salad
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup crumbled crispy bacon

Dressing:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas for 1 minute. Layer all the veggies in a glass casserole dish. Mix the dressing til smooth & pour over the salad, don't toss. Sprinkle the bacon & cheese on top.

This is a good salad to make the night before. It keeps well in fridge with plastic wrap over it.
