1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. diced celery
6 T. minced fresh parsley
1 28 oz. can peeled Italian tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
4 c. chicken stock
frozen okra (optional)
1/2 # lump crabmeat
3/4 # large shelled and deveined uncooked shrimp
10 drops tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until soft.
Add parsley, rice, tomato, and stock. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Can be prepared up to this point and refrigerated until ready to
finish. When ready to use, add seafood, tabasco, and okra. Warm until cooked through. Careful not to overcook the shrimp as it becomes tough very quickly. Serve with more hot sauce to pass.
