1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
juice of 1 lemon
fresh cracked pepper
1 cup crumbled blue cheese (or gorgonzola)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let set for 20 minutes. Keep unused or leftovers in fridge for up to one week.

This is great on a wedge of lettuce with tomatoes, bacon bits and chives on top! Also a great wing dipper!
You can substitute fat free or light mayo and cream…but it won’t be a substantial!
