TOPPING:
1/2 C. Slivered almonds
1/2 C. or less margarine
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles
SALAD:
1 head Napa cabbage
5 T. toasted sesame seeds
5 green onions
DRESSING:
1 C. or less sugar
1 C. olive oil
1/2 C. or less margarine
1/2 C. red wine vinegar
2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble noodles, brown, an stir almonds and noodles. Set aside to cool. Chop up cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Toss with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Blend together the sugar, oil, red wine vinegar, and soy sauce. Keep the dressing, salad, and topping separate until ready to serve. Combine and enjoy!
