3 lbs. asparagus
1/2 c. flour
1 egg beaten with 2 T. dry white wine
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 T. Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash asparagus and break off tough ends and discard. Then dip the stalks in flour first, then in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs which have had cheese and seasonings added to them.

Sauté coated asparagus for 10 minutes in olive oil or until tender.
