1 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 tsp salt.
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. uncooked brown rice
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground turkey, salt, pepper, onion, egg and rice. Form into balls about the size of an egg. Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Pour tomato soup and water over all. Cook for 1 hour at 350.
