8 - 10 potatoes - peeled & cut 1/2 cubes
3 cans Swanson's Chicken Broth (14 1/2 oz)
4 - 5 strips bacon
1 carrot finely chopped
1.2 cup flour
2 - 3 1/2 cups milk - desired thickness
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potates with chicken broth and simmer until potatoes are tender. Fry bacon. Put carrots in grease, saute and cook a moment. Add flour, until bacon grease is absorbed. Add to potatoes, stir. Add milk, salt & pepper, stir.
