1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion chopped 10 oz. can Cream of Chicken 8 oz. carton sour cream rice or noodles
Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Combine soup and one can of hot water. Simmer on low heat for one hour, until most of the liquid has cooked off. Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve over prepared rice or noodles.
