2 sticks margarine
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour, sifted
tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and baking soda. Blend flour and sour cream alternately while mixing. Put powdered sugar in bottom of pan. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
Recipe makes 2 regular loaf pans or 3 small loaf pans.
