Salmon Loaf Recipe

1 Can Red Salmon
3/4 c Milk
1 egg
1 T Onion
1 tsp Dill Weed
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
1 T Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 c Crushed Cracker Crumbs

Topping Ingredients
3 T Butter
3 T Flour
1 c Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg Yolk

Mix all above ingredients together, put into greased baking dish. I use a bread pan. Mix topping and put on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Heat ingredients of topping over medium heat till it is the consistency of a light cream sauce. Spoon over salmon. Bake.
