12 oz. macaroon cookies or pecan sandies, crumbled
1 quart chocolate fudge ice cream, softened
1 recipe Fantastic Chocolate Sauce, warm
1 quart coffee ice cream
1/2 c. crushed toffee bits (Heath or Bit of Brickle)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly spray bottom of 9" springform pan. Pat half of crumbled cookies into the pan. Spread chocolate ice cream over cookies. Drizzle half of chocolate sauce over ice cream. Layer remaining cookies over chocolate sauce. Spread coffee ice cream over cookies. Drizzle remaining chocolate sauce. Top with crushed toffee bits. Freeze until firm (at least 1 hour).
