1/2 c. butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1 t. instant coffee granules

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan. Stir in evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla, and coffee granules. Stir until well blended. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. (about 10-15 minutes.
