1 cup cooked rice
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 T. butter or margarine
1 tea. vanilla
1/2 tea. salt
Dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease 1 quart dish.
Combine all ingredients, pour into dish. Bake 50 minutes. Great served warm or cold.
