20 oz. Ground Turkey (99% fat free)
5 15 oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1 15 oz. can corn
2 pkg dry taco seasoning
1 pkg. dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
4-6 sliced scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and brown the turkey. No need to drain the green chilies, tomatoes or corn. Place all ingredients in a large crock-pot and mix well. Cook all day on low.
