Melt butter in large saucepan. Add sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook, stirring occasionally, to hard-crack stage, watch mixture very closely when it begins to boil. When mixture reaches hard-crack stage, quickly stir in coarsely chopped almonds; spread in 13 x 9" pan. Cool thoroughly. Turn out on waxed paper; spread top with half the melted chocolate and half the finely chopped almonds. Cover with waxed paper, turn over and spread other side with remaining chocolate and nuts. Break in pieces...and watch it disappear!
