2 (6 oz) can white tuna, drained
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 lg. eggs
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 tbsp pimento
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp. horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1-2 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all of the above except oil and lightly mix. Form the mixture into 4 patties. Heat oil over med. heat and fry patties, covered until golden brown on one side. Flip patties over and fry other side another 5 mins. until brown. Serve on hambuger buns and add what you like.
