2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup mashed potato flakes or buds
2 eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 T. oregano
1 can stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and shape into loaf. Bake covered at 350 F for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes. If desired, place sliced cheese over top to melt in last ten minutes.
