1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, corn starch and salt. Beating at low speed until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.

This wonderful frosting is not as sweet as traditional cream cheese frosting and dries to a light crust keeping the rest of the frosting moist. It has a stlight hint of cheese cake to it. Goes great with Bumble Bee Cake.
