1 lb boneless chicken breast, diced into bite size pieces
1 package broccoli florets
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 TSR lemon juice
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer the chicken in salted water. Cook broccoli slightly less than package directions. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and parsley flakes. Place broccoli, diced chicken in a baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over chicken and broccoli and top with cheese. Bake at 375 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
