8 eggs, beaten
2 cups half-and-hallf cream
1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
1 pkg (8-oz) initation crabmeat, chopped
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup (4 0z) shredded swiss cheese
1 cup (4-oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13 X 2 in. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted near center, comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
