1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 package (16 oz) frozen california-blend vegetables-thawed
1 can ( 10 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg (32 oz) frozen shredded has brown potatoes, thawed
1/4 cup butter, melted
20 frozen large onion rings
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions:
In a lg. skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, drain, stir in vegetables, soup mozzarella cheese,milk salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 13X9 in. baking dish. sprinkle with potatoes, drizzle with butter. Top with seasoned salt and onion rings. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-45 minutes or until heated through. Uncover, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
