2 small pkg orange jello
2 C boiling water
1 can of apricots (drained & chopped)
1 can of crushed pineapple (drained)
1 C of fruit juice from drained fruit


Topping
1/2 C sugar
3 T flour
1 C fruit juice
1 egg
1 T butter

1/2 C cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water add 1 cup reserved fruit juice, set aside until thick add fruit and pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Topping
Heat sugar flour and 1 C reserved fruit juice until clear, sugar is dissolved and the mixture is thickened. Add 1 beaten egg to hot mixture, cook 1 minute, add 1 T butter and cool. When cool add 1 C heavy cream that has been beated until thick.
Spread over jello mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 C cheddar cheese.
