1 beef brisket

1 pkg dry beefy onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in a large piece of foil, cover with dry onion soup mix and seal foil.

Bake 250 for 6 hours.

If the juice from the briskets leaks out into the pan and gets very brown it will make wonderful gravy for your brisket.
