1 qt strawberries stemmed
1 9" pie shell baked and cooled

1 C sugar
3 T cornstarch
2T white karo syrup
1 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar cornstarch, syrup and water, cook and boil until thick about 5 minutes add 4 T strawberrry jello (powder). After cooling add berrys and mix carefully. Pour into pie shell, cool in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream

Personal Notes:
I usually cook the sugar, syrup, cornstarch and water in the microwave takes about 6 minutes.
