4 - Eggs
1 2/3 c. - Sugar
1 c. - Oil
1 tsp. - Salt
2 tsp. - Baking Powder
1 tsp. - Baking Soda
2 tsp. - Cinnamon
2 c. - Flour
1, 16oz.can - Pumpkin(not pie mix)

Icing:
1 stick(1/2 c.) - Margerine(softened)
1, 8oz.pkg. - Cream Cheese(softened)
1 Box(2 c. ) - Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. - Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350. Grease a 15"x10"x2" pan.
In lg. bowl, beat together the eggs, oil, and sugar. Add the salt, baking powder, the baking soda, cinnamon, and flour and mix well. Add the pumpkin and mix well. Pour into greased pan,
Bake at 350 for approx. 30min., 'til toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean. Put pan on wire rack to cool. When cool add icing and refrigerate.

Icing:
Cream together the margerine, cream cheese, and vanilla. Add the powdered sugar gradually beating after each addition, 'til of spreading consistency.
