10 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1-12oz. pkg. of ground pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Whisk together the first four ingredients at least one minute until
blended. Melt butter in a 12-inch oven proof skillet over medium
heat. Remove skillet from heat and pour half the the egg mixture
into the skillet. Sprinkle evenly with cooked sausage and
cheese. Top with remaining egg mixture. Bake for 15-20
minutes or until set at 350.
