1 can black beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can blackeyed peas
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped red onion
1 small jar pimentos
1 small can chopped green chilis

Marinade:
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the black beans,corn,and black eyed peas and rinse with cold water.

Combine all ingredients for marinade and cook on stove until clear, then cool.

Mix all ingredients, refrigerate for 8 hours.
Drain before serving and serve with Frito scoops
