2 tbsp oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 boned and skinned chicken breast halves cut into 1" cubes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 16oz can sweet potatoes in syrup, drained and rinsed, coarsely chopped
1 9oz can frozen corn kernals
1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
1 1.25oz envelope Old El Paso Taco seasoning less sodium mix

heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add onions and bell pepper; cook and stir 1-2 minutes until tender-crisp. Add chicken, cook and stir 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer 10 minutes or until chowder is thoroughly heated and chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
