4 cups broccoli florets ( about 1 head)
1/4 cup thinly vertically sliced red onions
1/4 cup (1 inch thick) slices red bell peppers
1/4 cup raisins
2 1/2 T sliced almonds toasted
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 T white wine vinegar
2 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp olive oil

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Combine vinegar, sugar and oil in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk to combine.
3. Pour vinegar mixture over broccoli mixture, toss gently to coat.
