1 c. chopped mango or papaya 1 c. finely chopped fresh pineapple, or small can crushed 1/4 c. finely slivered red onion 1/4 c. slivered red, yellow, or orange pepper 3 T snipped fresh cilantro 1 tsp grated lime or lemon ppel 2 T lime or lemon juice 2 to 4 finely chopped jalapeno peppers 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips. This salsa may also be used as a relish with meat or fish dishes.
