1 # ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1 T finely chopped onion
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 T flour
2 T butter

3T unsulphured molasses
3T mustard
3T vinegar
1/4 catsup
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat with salt,onion, bread crumbs, and milk.
Shape into 3/4 " balls. Roll in flour and brown in butter.
You may choose to brown them in a shallow baking pan in the oven, turning them often. Drain on paper towels.
Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the meatballs . Serve hot in a chafing dish or keep warm in a crock pot.
