1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb thin veal steak, in 4 pieces
1/4 cup shortening
1 can condensed cream of chicken, 10 1/2 oz
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 onion, sliced and in rings
1/2 green pepper, sliced into rings

Directions:
Directions:
About 30 minutes before serving, combine flour, salt and pepper and use to coat the veal steaks. In the shortening, saute the veal until golden, turning as needed. Pour off the excess shortening and add the condensed cream of chicken soup and the white wine. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 20 minutes or until the meat is almost tender. Add onion rings and pepper rings, re-cover and cook for 5 or 10 minutes longer until tender. Serve at once.
