1 package Orange sugar free Jello
1 cup hot water
8 oz fat free cottage cheese
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 strip orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Put JelloŠ and hot water in blender jar, cover and blend for 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, cover and blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour into mold and chill until firm.

Good with raspberry puree. The original recipe called for cream cheese and regular Jello. The switch makes it lo-cal.
