2 lbs large baking potatoes
1 tsp olive or vegetable oil
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450║. Line jelly roll pan with foil and spray generously with Pamę.

2. Cut each potato lengthwise into 1/2" wide slices; cut each into 1/2" strips.

3. Toss potatoes in jelly roll pan with oil, garlic, salt and pepper, coating well.

Bake 40-45 minutes, tossing once or twice until crisp and golden.

For sweet potatoes, bake 35-40 minutes, tossing once.
